What should I bring when dropping off my dog?

Please present your dog's current vaccination records, emphasizing proof of rabies immunization. If your dog experiences specific sensitivities, health conditions, or behavioral patterns, notify us during drop-off so we can adjust our handling approach.

How long does a grooming session take?

The session length depends on the dog's size, coat texture, and the treatment program. A Basic Bath & Brush generally requires 1 to 2 hours, whereas a comprehensive Full Groom ranges between 2 to 4 hours. We value calm execution over quick turnaround times.

Can I remain in the studio during the groom?

To ensure safety and support our deliberate process, we kindly request that owners wait outside the grooming quarters. Dogs are highly sensitive to their owner's presence, and removing distractions helps us maintain a secure, calm, and efficient environment.
